Hopeful for a change of course in 2023? You don’t have to make drastic changes to improve! Keep reading to see the attainable New Year’s resolutions Threads Babes are committing to in 2023.

  1. Become a Better Cook

“Becoming a better cook has been on my to-do list for quite some time now. In order to make this a New Year's resolution I can stick to, I’ve decided to challenge myself to cook one new thing each week. In addition to becoming a better chef, this will also save me a ton of money by not eating out as often and cause me to make healthier choices. So it’s a win-win situation! If learning to cook or just making more meals at home is a goal of yours too, I challenge you to add this to your New Year's resolution as well!”

2. Read More

Get more reading in throughout the year by reading a chapter during lunch at least 3 times a week! Eunice is inspiring us all to read more!

3. Practice Mindfulness

Lupe is committing to going on main character walks 3-4x a week and practicing gratitude! We love a hot girl walk!

4. A Good Skincare Regimen

Lyndsey is committing to sticking to a good skincare routine morning and night, including putting on sun screen everyday. Be like Lyndsey! Your skin will love you for it.

5. Stand for 2 Hours per Day at Work

If you have a sit-to-stand desk at work, we encourage you to do as our boss and commit to standing 2 hours a day! Tackle this first thing in the morning, or challenge yourself to stand after lunch!

6. A Wholesome Routine

“I am going to commit to working out 3-5 days a week and eating healthy! I want to practice mindfulness and implement simple manifestation practices into my daily self care routines. In 2023 I want to bring my visions to life and take the necessary steps towards becoming the best version of myself!”

Tori is committing to… “Being more punctual! I always run 5-10 minutes late. In the new year I want to always be on time or early.” Get ahead by starting your alarm 5 minutes earlier each day. Overtime you’ll hardly notice the difference!

8. Consume Less Sugar

Gabby is committing to consuming less sugar and processed foods. Her advice? Make one change at a time. You can start with something small— replace your daily lattes or iced coffees with caffeine in pill form and drink a coconut water instead.
