At Home Workout Series: Ab Circuit
In this ever-changing situation, one of the most important things you can do for yourself is keep a routine. Staying at home can be fun.. for about one day. To keep from restless days at home and missing out on gym time, we decided to present you all with an at-home workout series. All of these workouts can be done in your living room, and we can promise you that you will still feel that burn you’re craving. This week, we’ll start with abs!
Plank with Shoulder Taps
Get into a plank position, and lift your hands to the opposite shoulder. (Right hand to left shoulder, then left hand to right shoulder). Repeat the above motions for 20 reps-10 for each side.
Bear Stance with Toe Taps
Get into a “bear stance” with your arms shoulder length apart and your knees a few inches off the ground. Bring your knee up to your elbow, and repeat on the opposite side. Do this exercise for 20 reps- 10 for each side.
Bicycle Crunches
A twist to your usual crunches- pun intended. Bring each elbow to the opposing knee, and keep a constant flow. Go at any pace you feel comfortable. Repeat for 20 reps- 10 on each side.
Repeat this Circuit 4 Times.
